Multimedia Journalist

About Me
I am a graduate of Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta and Centennial College in Toronto, Ontario. I received a Bachelor of Communication with a major in Journalism and a minor in Marketing from Mount Royal and a post-graduate degree in Sports Journalism at Centennial.
Along with my time as a student, I was also a member of the University of Calgary Dinos and Centennial Colts Baseball teams as a first baseman/pitcher. Growing up my dream was to pursue a career in the sports industry and my time at Mount Royal and Centennial has allowed me to do just that.

Over my four years at Mount Royal, I gained experience writing for the Calgary Journal, Mount Royal Athletics, Cape Breton University Men's Basketball Team, University of Calgary Athletics, Babe Ruth Calgary, and in the summer of 2020 interned with the Mount Royal Marketing and Communications team as a Spring Student.

In my final year at Mount Royal, I worked as the Sports Editor for the University's student-run newspaper, The Reflector and worked as the Sports Editor for the Calgary Journal.

While at Centennial in 2022, I wrote for the Toronto Observer, Canadian Baseball Network and Just Baseball. After completing my in-class requirements, I served as an intern on Sportsnet's WebDesk from November 2022 to January 2023 and have since been added as a freelance contributor to the desk and Content Factory teams.

I also work as a freelance associate producer on Sportsnet Central.
